Anna Chlumsky
Anna Chlumsky, an American actress of critical acclaim, became famous by playing a child in the film 'My Girls 2' and its sequel. Her leading roles continue to delight audiences in movies like "Trading Mom" and "Gold Diggers: The Secret of Bear Mountain". The performances in these films has earned her several notable awards earlier in her career. The woman who felt she was left out of her group at school for film shoots was able to break away from the business of entertainment during her senior years. Her interest began to fade to perform and was more focused on her education. She had hoped to become a food journalist however, the only position that was available was a fact-checker at Zagat Restaurant Guide. Her next job at HarperCollins as an editing assistant left her unhappy. She decided to return to acting. After following the advice from her agent, she was able to start over by enrolling in acting classes in order to improve her abilities. In the following months, she got the part of Liza in the play 'In the Loop' and started to feature the role in Off Broadway plays. While she is unsure of what might have happened if she had been able to stay away from acting, it's something she is glad that she didn't.
