LeBron Raymone James Sr. was born on December 30 in 1984. He is an American professional basketball player. King James, he's widely considered to be the most successful athlete of all time and has often is compared with Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketballer ever. James has won four NBA championships and four NBA MVPs Three All-Star MVPs, along with the two Olympic medals. James has scored more points in the playoffs, has had the second-most career points and is seventh in career assists. James is a member of 18 NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams and five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. In total, he has been a part of more than 10 NBA Finals, the third-most in history. It was eight in a row between 2011-2018. James was named to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He was the NBA's first player to score 10,000 points, rebounds and assist in 2022. James was a basketball player during his time at St. Vincent St. Mary High School, which is located in his home town of Akron Ohio and was heavily touted by the national media as a potential NBA star. A prep-to-pro, he was chosen to the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first overall selection in 2003's NBA draft. Being the NBA rookie player in 2004 he established himself quickly as one the top athletes in the league, receiving the NBA MVP awards in the years 2009 and 2010. In the end, he failed to capture an NBA championship, Cleveland James left in 2010 as a free agent in order to be a part of with the Miami Heat this was announced during the TV special The Decision and is among the most controversial free agent decisions ever made in the history of sports.
